About Me

My name is Bernard and I work as an Advisory Data Manager in a Big 4 in Luxembourg. The Rewiring Coach journey started in 2015. To overcome a personal and difficult challenge, I became very interested by the study of soft skills.As I was developing an expertise, I started to help hundreds of students and colleagues. I created training, conferences, e-learnings reaching hundred and thousands of people. That's when I decided that I had the capacity to help people so I also became a certified coach in 2020.As my expertise was growing, I was still studying daily and becoming a better trainer and coach. I knew that I was able to design optimal training for corporate professionals based on my experience as an employee, a coach, a trainer and a lifelong learner.All these factors led to the creation Rewiring Coach: the first science-based soft skills training company in Luxembourg.
